K7 uses 2.4G digital wireless frequency-hopping signal. Multiple frequencies used for transmission. When the signal conflicts with other signals, it will hop to other channels. Ensure an encrypted and stable transmission.

Note: Wireless particular refers to the transmission between the camera and monitor. You will still need to wire the camera to a power supply.

K7's transmitter is built into the camera. It saves your time to find an installation place and it helps to keep a stable signal. What if you don't use a Built-in Transmitter? You may need to find a place to put the large transmitter. And most of these places are enclosed and narrow which might impact transmit signals a lot.
